Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

Limited Contract: 36 Months

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Leadership & Coordination: Primary Point of Contact and Project Manager for data centre builds. Daily on-site presence, coordinate substation delivery, stormwater works, and third-party interfaces
• Planning & Documentation: Create and maintain Project Execution Plan with defined roles and responsibilities. Prepare monthly PM reports and weekly status updates
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety standards and progress
• Contract Management: Monitor schedule progress and budget compliance. Process payment applications and provide contract advisory
• Stakeholder Management: Support Client discussions. Provide input into stakeholder reports and presentations
• Commissioning & Documentation: Monitor development of Commissioning Plan, test sheets, and documentation
• Continuous Improvement: Advise the Client on measures to increase project efficiency with focus on Safety and Quality

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent technical training
• Extensive experience as Project Manager on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Excellent project management, risk management, and quality assurance skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and change management
• Experience with stakeholder management and multi-party coordination
• Strong leadership presence and visible on-site availability
• Familiarity with German construction regulations (desirable)
• Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
