Job Description – Business Developer & Project Manager (Renewables)
Position: Business Developer & Project Manager – Renewables Sector
Location: Greece
Experience Required: 2–3 years in similar roles within engineering firms, EPC contractors, or renewable energy service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in wind, solar, and biomass projects
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from proposal through commissioning
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Coordinate technical teams (engineering, procurement, quality, safety)
- Support proposal development and tender management
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Required Competencies:
- Proven track record in renewables (wind farms, solar plants, BESS)
- Strong project management and business development skills
- Experience in EPC or engineering environments
- Fluent English; Greek
- Knowledge of renewable energy regulations and technical standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
