Job Purpose

The job incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources on a regional/ district level for the countries under their scope, in line with Regional HR guidelines. He/she will perform the job based on the corporate Quality Management System, Code of Ethics and other company’s policies and report to the Management, as required. The aim of the role is to implement the procedures timely and successfully, ensuring Increased level of employee satisfaction. 

 

Minimum requirements of the profile:

 

  • Graduate in any discipline with additional qualifications preferably MBA or Human Resources domain.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in core HR activities in any industry, including hands on experience in various HR processes such as recruitment, training & development and MIS Reporting .
  • Knowledge of local legislation is a must.
  • Experience in using HRIS and payroll systems is desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and  work with cross functional / cross border teams.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Recruitment process and advise on innovative methods of recruitment and continuous process improvement.
  • Assist the business unit by sourcing the most suitable resumes matching the job description to ensure timely closure of the open positions.
  • Monitoring of HR KPI’s with respect to recruitment on monthly basis and advise management on deviations from time to time.
  • Plan and co-ordinate all Induction training and other employee training initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS in the company with accuracy in data related to employees.
  • Assist Country Chief Executive and Director-HR in PMP process for timely completion as per head office guidelines, as well as in HR projects such as talent identification and acquisition, Leadership review, HR policies and any other project as per guidelines from head office.
  • Employment processes and record management at transactional level such as employee creation in database, confirmation, separation, employee time and absence, required training, certifications and medical surveillance, etc
  • Timely submissions of all regional reports with data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Local and Regional Management to identify training & development needs for employees and organise local training initiatives to bridge gaps, if any, in co-ordination with Country Chief Executive and Director-HR-Middle East within budget guidelines.
  • Manage and address all employee grievances within the country/ies.
  • Increase retention percentage within the entity.
  • Accurate and timely management towards processing payroll.
  • Ensure complete compliance towards government regulations including employee labor law, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
  • Periodic implementation of employee engagement activities, in line with the regional HR guideline.
  • Manage teams of Admin and HR support within local offices.
  • Partner with the business and will work closely with Country Chief Executive and Director-HR-Middle East region to achieve financial and business objectives.
  • Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices.
