How can you leave your mark?

We are looking for a Electrical Engineer for an important project in Greece.

Scope of Work:

• Collaborate with the client's site team to manage technical queries raised by the construction contractors regarding the engineering work provided by the company.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction contractors to ensure the successful implementation of the engineering designs and specifications.

• Review and analyze the technical queries and issues raised by the contractors, and work with the site team to develop appropriate solutions.

• Coordinate with the design and engineering team to address any technical concerns or modifications required during the construction phase.

• Ensure that the mechanical systems and equipment installed on-site meet the project's design requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Assist in the commissioning and testing of the mechanical systems to ensure their proper functioning and performance.

• Contribute to the overall project management by providing technical expertise, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating potential risks.

• Collaborate with other disciplines, such as civil, electrical, and process engineers, to ensure the integration and coordination of the various systems.

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to the mechanical engineering aspects of the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 10  years of experience in the mining or heavy industry sector, preferably in copper-gold porphyry deposit project

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and construction practices.

• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations applicable to the mining industry.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the site team and construction contractors.

• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools.

Duration of Job: 12/18 months

Location: Halkidiki Peninsula, Greece
