Mechanical Supervisor - Solar Plant in Greece

Position: Mechanical Supervisor

Project:  560 MW Solar Plant in the North area of Greece,

Duration of 24 months

1. Experience required:
   • The candidate should have extensive experience in mechanical supervision, particularly in the context of large-scale solar power plants.
   • They should be well-versed in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and components within a solar power plant.
2. Expertise in Substations and Transmission Grids:
   • The Mechanical Supervisor should have a deep understanding of electrical substations and transmission grid infrastructure.
   • They should be familiar with the integration of solar power plants into the larger electrical grid system, including the mechanical aspects of substation equipment and transmission line components.
3. Project Duration:
   • The position is for a 24-month duration, indicating a long-term commitment to the project.
   • The Mechanical Supervisor will need to demonstrate the ability to manage and oversee the mechanical aspects of the solar plant throughout the entire project timeline.
4. Qualifications and Skills:
   • The candidate should possess a relevant engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
   • They should have a proven track record of successful mechanical supervision in large-scale renewable energy projects, particularly solar power plants.
   • Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team are essential.
5. Familiarity with Greek Market:
   • Experience working in the Greek renewable energy sector would be an advantage.
