How can you leave your mark?

Bureau Veritas Greece is looking for a Back Office Specialist  to support the Industry Department operations by managing administrative functions that enable inspectors to deliver services efficiently.

In particular, the person will manage the following activities:

• Inspection Coordination: Support in scheduling site visits and coordinate logistics with clients;

• Documentation Management: Maintain inspection reports , archive certification files and relevant documentation in BV systems;

• Client Administration: Process client requests, maintain client databases and enhance customer related processes;

• Financial Processing: Invoice clients, process expense reports for field staff, support collection;

• Communication: Respond to client inquiries
