Ø Purpose of Position
- To manage, develop and deliver B&I services in the respective domain.
- Responsible for the entire commercial, technical, and operational activities related to B&I service South zone.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Ø Major Responsibilities
- Managing business targets of division, managing team and clients.
- Support profit & Loss accountability for B&I SOUTH ZONE and achieve revenue targets
- support for setting up an optimized organisation, managing and developing people in line with yearly budget of B&I SOUTH ZONE
- To cater to the B&I SOUTH ZONE requirements on across states.
- Define and drive initiatives to ensure operational excellence, quality outcome and client satisfaction.
- Manage and develop people in the B&I SOUTH ZONE.
- Identify internal and external growth opportunities and support cross-selling opportunities.
- Cater to the B&I SOUTH ZONE requirements of the other product lines and the group as per business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal and local statutory, industrial & legal requirements and BV group guidelines, including safety, Ethics, Technical, Quality and Risk management.
- Responsible for development of team and implement QMS System as per ISO 17025-2005 to get NABL Accreditation.
- Develop technical competent B&I personnel and building of teams across regions.
- Arranging technical training to all engineers regarding B&I, codes, report writing, report formats etc.
- Responsible for quality and timely report submission
- Coordination in Providing detailed scope of work along with timelines.
- Operational support to team across STATES
- Development of advance technology is topmost priority.
- Upgradation of technology in B&I to meet global standards
- Empanelment of technically competent sub cons/expertise in all the regions.
- Maintaining HSE and TQR compliance
Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE
- Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.
- To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
- To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.
- Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
- Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects
- Build the team, mainly external consultants/sub-cons.
- Meeting Sales & Revenue Target
- Productivity per head
- Customer satisfaction
- Number of customer complaints
- Occupancy rate and Cost Control
- Success ratio of sales leads generated by team
- Large /Key accounts – Penetration and growth.
