Ø Purpose of Position
- To manage, develop and deliver NDT/RR services in the respective domain
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Ø Major Responsibilities
- Managing business targets of division, managing team and clients.
- Building up of technically expertise team
- Experience in Structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures
- Structural stability assessment of existing structures
- Condition assessment of existing structure through NDT services
- NDT and Analysis of results
- Semi Destructive Test (SDT) & Analysis of results
- Load test on structural members/slab
- Knowledge of construction chemicals and strengthening measures.
- Experience in Restoration of structures.
- Assessment of distress in buildings.
- Evaluation of quality of construction through NDT & SDT.
- Knowledge in restoration /strengthening techniques.
- Ability to discuss/convince the clients/consultants & developers
- Experience in checking restoration work & guiding
Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE
- Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.
- To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
- To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.
- Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
- Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects
- Build the team, mainly external consultants/sub-cons.
- Meeting Sales & Revenue Target
- Productivity per head
- Customer satisfaction
- Number of customer complaints
- Occupancy rate and Cost Control
- Success ratio of sales leads generated by team
- Large /Key accounts – Penetration and growth.
Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
- Perform & deliver to client as per contract and client expectations.
- Build the team, mainly external consultants/sub-cons.

Ø Qualification and Experience
- M.E / M.Tech (Civil Engineering ) with 16 to 18 years experience OR BE/B.Tech with 18 to 22 years experience
- Technical : Knowledge of designs, NDT tests and Stability assessment of structures will be essential.
- Skills & Qualities:
- Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
- Good communication skills verbal, writing and presentation.
- Ability to comprehend technical issues quickly.
- Ability to work and build teams
