Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

  • Draft and maintain technical documents (Factory Assessment protocol / report template, training material, question paper, etc.)
  • Provide technical training and handle assessments for internal staff and client;
  • Provide technical support to IAC staff and client
  • Handle key client technical issue such as FI, operation summary & technical discussion with client etc.

Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)

  • Work with BD / PSD / KAM to document the client requirements and answer the technical enquiry
  • Work with QA to document BV technical SOP / WI and follow up internal audit
  • Work with Integrity Department to provide technical judgment for questioned subordinates related to bribery issue and do mystery inspection / audit when request
  • Work with Operation teams to well understand the training needs to provide training and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Work with Clients and BD / KAM teams for new business development and launch new services globally

 

General Requirement:

  • Collect industry standard, law, regulation and related information about consumer products
  • Handle GTS responsibilities under global processes as per NSOP – PSU, TCMP, INQ, AUD, IMP, NPD, etc.
  • Draft and maintain the BV technical documents such as SOP, WI, FA protocol / report template, training material, question paper etc.
  • Review client’s technical requirement or change request, and then prepare or maintain the related technical documents for client when necessary via PSU or NPD or TCMP process. These technical documents include but are not limited to, client protocol, FI, training material, qualification test paper, etc.
  • Draft and maintain inspector / auditor qualification criteria
  • Prepare training plan for inspector / auditor competence qualification
  • Provide on-site / classroom / webinar / concall training for internal staff and clients
  • Provide on site assessment or on-site training for inspectors
  • Perform mystery inspection / audits as appointed by Integrity department
  • Review and score test paper
  • Review and approve on site assessment report for inspector / auditor qualification.
  • Prepare the training material and exam for MyLearning platform
  • Answer technical enquiry from internal staff or client via INQ process
  • Attend TTT course training and acquire the qualified certificate. Upgrading in annual renewal
  • Delegated job from Deputy manager or above
