1. PURPOSE OF POSITION

 The purpose of this role is to create E-learning material for Global Performance KPI’s, ensure it is in MyLearning, deploy mandatory training to the correct audiences and deliver robust training metrics that drive accountability and performance adoption across the business. This role ensures that Global Performance dashboards and KPIs are supported by effective, measurable learning interventions, enabling BU managers users to understand, adopt, and act on Performance insights.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES E-Learning Development & Deployment

• Convert Global Performance KPI training content (slides and scripted narration provided) into MyLearning compatible e-learning modules.

• Manage publishing, updates, version control, and lifecycle management of training modules within MyLearning.

• Ensure e-learning training content is accessible, consistent, and aligned with Global Performance standards. Mandatory Training Configuration & Governance

• Configure KPI trainings as mandatory, including automated reminders and escalation for non-completion.

• Ensure training completion records are fully captured and audit-ready within MyLearning.

• Act as the operational owner for MyLearning processes related to Global Performance. Audience Identification & Role

• Use the role framework programme to identify BU managers and relevant target populations across ~72,000 employees.

• Apply filters and validation logic to ensure correct audience selection and minimise manual effort. • Review and maintain learner populations as organisational structures or roles evolve. Training Metrics, Reporting & Insights

• Define and maintain training completion metrics by: o Region o Product line o Business Unit

• Produce leaderboards and performance views to support management accountability. • Regularly provide training metrics and insights to Global Performance leadership.

• Support performance discussions by highlighting coverage gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Global Performance, HR/L&D, MyLearning administrators, and GPC colleagues.

• Act as a trusted delivery partner, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and data integrity without line management responsibility. are ‘best in class.’

3. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field. 4–5+ years of experience in:

• Learning enablement

• LMS administration (preferably MyLearning)

• Performance or compliance-based training deployment. Proven experience managing mandatory training at scale for large, global employee populations. Experience producing contributing to learning adoption metrics and management reporting. Exposure to performance dashboards, KPIs, or enterprise reporting environments preferred.

4. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Strong hands-on experience with MyLearning or comparable LMS platforms. Ability to configure mandatory training, reminders, and reporting. Experience working with role frameworks, user population logic and access rules. Advanced Excel / reporting skills and Powerpoint for metrics, leaderboards, and analysis. Strong attention to data accuracy, records management and governance. Ability to translate business requirements into operational LMS solutions.

5. SOFT SKILLS/BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery accountability. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills in a high-volume environment. Clear communicator, able to explain processes and metrics to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance. Comfortable working independently in a complex, global organisation. Comfortable working with remote line management Collaborative approach with the ability to influence without authority. 

6. WORK ENVIRONMENT (OFFICE-BASED, REMOTE, HYBRID) Hybrid (office-based with flexibility for remote working) High interaction with global stakeholders across regions and business lines

7. CRITERIA FOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (KPIS) On-time deployment of KPI e-learning modules aligned to dashboard releases. Accuracy and completeness of MyLearning training records. Percentage completion rates of mandatory Global Performance training. Quality and timeliness of training metrics and leaderboards. Reduction in training coverage gaps across regions and BUs. Stakeholder satisfaction with training deployment and reporting. Audit readiness and compliance of training records.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles&comma functions & accountability):

•    Collecting&comma analyzing&comma consolidating information and comments from country M&S leaders and from multiple stakeholders in other divisional units&comma and communicating the information with the Regional M&S Director and M&S teams on a need-to-know basis and with the division in Hong Kong. Information contains :
•     Preparation of various PPT presentations for the scope above on a schedules and ad- hoc basis
•     Other ad hoc analysis work as required by the Exec. Team
•     Developing&comma maintaining and improving analytical models
•     Scheduling concall calls using Zoom Platform
•     Maintaining documentation&comma briefing papers&comma periodical reports and executive presentations as needed
•     Providing follow up on directives and tasks given to other departments and organizational units
•     Performing office management duties &comma as needed
