Lead Reliability Engineer

Ø Qualification  &Technical Knowledge

• B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical engineering degree, with certification like CMRP, RCM Facilitator, CRE, ISO 55000, worked with Oil & Gas, Power generation, Manufacturing & heavy Industries.
• Experience of having implemented at least 2 no’s RCM at any of these industries and having a working knowledge on GE APM or Bentley or equivalent software.

• Experience:

• 10-15 Years of experience in Upstream O&G, Downstream Refining & Petrochemicals, Power Generation Utilities, Chemical Plants.
• Performed at least two RCM workshop sessions and completed three projects as a lead.
• Proven experience leading RCM studies and independent technical reviews
• Exposure to brownfield and greenfield facilities

• Skills & Qualities:

• Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
• Should be able to manage a team under him.
• Should have a pleasing personality
• Good communication and presentation skills.
