Senior executive - Operation, IATF

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure lATF 15 days, 20 days, 90 days and 120 days KPI adherence respecting BVC internal timelines.
• Maintaining IATF scheme trackers in BV systems
• Approval of all IATF files as LOA fix closing the defects and coordinating with the respective back
  Offices, Technical reviewers and auditors.
• Perform LOA reviews (India specific check points)
• Prepare data and ensure compliances as necessary during IATF internal audits, IATF AB office Assessments to respective offices.
• Timely action on escalation report received by GBL TQR.
• Back up support for Project manager - IATF operations during non-availability.
• Sending feedback forms to all QHSE and Mobility clients. Post the completion of audits.
• Ensuring all renewal applications for the existing QHSE and Mobility clients are sent on timely basis.
• Speaking with key clients and ensuring address their area of concern.
• Follow up for certificates and audit reports wherever required.
• Lead generations with existing clients of QHSE and Mobility.

Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

• Weekly IATF report distribution and alerts for closure of Major & Minor NC's
• No miss in follow ups & special audits.
• Minimize GPC/TQR escalations with timely coordination for IATF.
• Ensure timely LOA reviews within 3 days. And LOA admin/LOA POV defect closures.
• Support to scheduler & PCM key user - No delays
• GPC file points / support to auditors for CMX - No delays/ audit time control data in SMARTCERT.
• No 'out of CMX/BVC tool' audits.

Professional Qualification & Experience

• Graduate with proven business management skills
• Knowledge of Transportation & Mobility products, international regulations, markets
• Min 1-year relevant experience in related sector with exposure to Certification Body
• Product specific market situation knowhow of South Asia region
