Position: Factory Audit Report Review (with Hardline or Softline back ground)
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering / Textile Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years factory auditing experience.
Certification: Certified to ISO 9001 to similar standard will have added advantage.
Other skill set requirement: 

  • Must have in-depth manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of product and process risk analysis and identifying the potential risk.
  • Knowledge in Technical auditing process.
  • Good command of English and local language, both oral and written.
  • Good knowledge of computers.  
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and process improvement skills.
  • Must be confident, highly efficient and self-motivated.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.


Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):

  • Reviewing the factory audit reports (Technical audit)
  • Fully understand and follow the client’s requirements and company SOP, WI etc.
  • Effective communication with office staff and client.
  • Communicate any law / ruling obtained from factory to all other auditors, reviewers and seniors for their reference.
  • Ensure all parameter were evaluated by the auditor during the audit.
  • Finalising the Factory audit report and sending to customer and uploading to online portal.
  • Perform any job related assignment as required by supervisor or above.
  • Support senior Supervisor / Sub-Regional Manager – IAA for any other job as required.
