- Strategic market analysis and business development planning.
- Lead generation and collaboration with Ops team.
- Proactive calls to clients for relationship maintenance and identifying new opportunities.
- Key client relationship management, including addressing pricing queries.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets with effective presentations.
- Proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Market expansion initiatives and stakeholder relationship building.
- Regular reporting on business development and sales metrics.

- Skills Required
- A university degree and above or MBA
- Good command of English and local language, both oral and written.
- Good knowledge of computers.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and process improvement skills.
- Must be confident, highly efficient and self-motivated.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
