Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tender management, contract administration, and vendor management. 
• Possesses a valid SKK Ahli Muda or relevant to the position.
