Drilling, Downhole, Wellhead & Christmas Tree Material Inspector #SMIPHM

Qualification:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering, preferably Petroleum, Metallurgy, Mechanical, or related fields, with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Alternatively, SMK/STM graduates with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection, particularly in manufacturing processes, heat treatment, NDE, mechanical testing, FAT, packer, downhole equipment/valves, wellhead assembly, and Christmas Tree.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in inspection and QA/QC methods, including NDT/NDE.
• Familiar with Downhole Equipment, Wellhead, and Christmas Tree products and applications.
• Experience with products from manufacturers such as Superior Energy, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Cameron, FMC, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Hold a Welding Inspector certification.
• Hold ASNT Level II certifications in UT, MPI, and DPT.
• Familiar with inspection and QC of thread connections, including VAM, SEC, API, and other premium connections.
• Good knowledge of international standards, including API 6A, API 5B, API 5CT, API 17D, API 14D, and API 14A.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant Quality Control standards.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Willing and physically able to work in remote areas.
• Strong, professional, and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to pass a Jaeger near-vision test.
