QA/QC Engineer #SMIPHM

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or higher in Engineering, preferably Petroleum, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas production/exploration activities, particularly in QA/QC of materials, Tubular OCTG, Subsurface Equipment, and Surface Equipment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in QA/QC and inspection methods, including NDT/NDE.
• Familiar with international standards such as API, ANSI, ASME, BSI, and EN.
• Certification as ISO 9001:2015 Auditor, API Q1, or other relevant Quality Management System standards is highly preferred.
• NACE Level II or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Hold ASNT Level II (or equivalent) certifications in Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), MPI, and DPT.
• Hold a valid Welding Inspector certification.
• Good knowledge of inspection procedures and specifications relevant to QA/QC activities.
• Able and willing to work in field/remote locations.
• Able to pass a Jaeger near-vision test.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Strong, professional, and good interpersonal skills.
