Surface Material Inspector #SMIPHM

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 in Engineering, preferably Petroleum, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry or exploration activities, particularly in Quality Control of materials, Piping & Surface Equipment, Construction, and Structural works. Field experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in inspection and Quality Control methods, including NDT/NDE.
• Familiar with API 6A, API 5L, API 598, API 2B, API 520, API 527, ANSI/ASME/ASTM standards related to materials, piping, and pressure vessels.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant Quality Assurance standards.
• Knowledge of construction material specifications is highly preferred.
• Hold ASNT Level II (or equivalent) certifications in Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), MPI, and DPT.
• Hold a valid Welding Inspector certification.
• Able and willing to work in remote areas.
• Able to pass a Jaeger near-vision test.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Strong, professional, and good interpersonal skills.
