Job Summary:
As Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
As Contract Manager is responsible for the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts to ensure they are favorable and compliant with legal and regulatory standards. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage contractual relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
- Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Contract Drafting: Draft, review, and finalize contract documents.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
