DESK EXPEDITOR

to support our international client (EPC Contractor) we are looking for DESK EXPEDITOR 

the Desk Expeditor has to

• Proactively monitor, expedite, and report performance regarding delivery times for both internal documents as vendor data to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as point of contact for internal related document and vendor data issues for different sub-projects.
• Coordinate between Engineering and Purchasing departments.
• Initiate alignment between planning, engineering, and expediting.
• Initiate mitigating actions in case of (expected) overrun of delivery times.
• Report on status and progress.
• The Desk Expeditor functionally reports to the Project manager Engineering or his delegate.

Requirements:

Required previous expediting experience and  knowledge of Russian language is mandatory
