JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct social compliance audits at various manufacturing sites to ensure adherence to social standards and ethical practices 
• Prepare audit reports, documenting findings and collaborating with clients and suppliers to develop corrective action plans 
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement in social compliance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource or any related field
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is preferred
• Experience in conducting social compliance audits and knowledge of social standards and ethical practices
• Strong analytical and observational skills
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Understanding of local labor laws and regulation
