JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always be ready for short‑notice inspection calls and remain reachable at all times.
- Receive instructions from the reporting line/N+1 for project coordination matters.
- Review inspection requests to ensure all information provided is accurate before executing the inspection.
- Understand inspection requirements according to the applicable specifications and procedures.
- Perform inspections in accordance with the required specifications and procedures without violating any process.
- Ensure the safety of personnel and the workplace before, during, and after the inspection.
- Generate and submit NDT Inspection Reports, Timesheets, and Daily Inspection Reports within the timeline set by the Client and superior.
- Communicate with the superior and provide updates on progress and any new information without delay.
- Ensure inspections are carried out within the planned schedule and allocated costing provided by the superior.
- Ensure all inspection tools provided by the company are well‑maintained and in good condition before, during, and after use.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/ Malaysian Certificate of Education
- At least 2 years of experiences in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) field in various sectors
- Possess a valid or passed qualification in any NDT certification.
- Proficient in written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good personnel communication and relation skills.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Good computer skills at beginner level.
- Willing to be based in East-Malaysia.
