Find below requirements

  1. 10 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power plant, or large industrial projects
  2. bachelor's degree/diploma, or technical certification in a related field.
  3. demonstrated exposure across multiple project phases, including engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations.
  4. have experience with minimum one (1) EPCC Onshore Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemicals Project.

For personnel involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities it is required in addition to previous requirements 10+ years direct involvement in: 
   •        Pre commissioning
   •        Commissioning
   •        Start up & performance testing

Also require lower type of seniority:

Junior: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a related discipline, along with a degree/diploma in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications;

Senior: Minimum five (5) years working experience in Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemicals Industry with Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
