Role Overview

Lead the overall construction management delivery for progressive facility-build works and tool-installation support, including project governance, stakeholder coordination, contractor performance, safety, quality, schedule, risk, change management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior focal point for the construction management team and lead the assigned project personnel.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent facility-build, retrofit, utility-enabling, cleanroom-support, and equipment-installation packages.
  • Lead project governance meetings, senior management updates, risk reviews, progress reviews, and key stakeholder coordination sessions.
  • Manage contractor performance, scope interfaces, EHS, quality, schedule compliance, project risks, changes, and closeout activities.
  • Ensure integrated planning between progressive build works, equipment-installation readiness, utility availability, access, commissioning, and turnover milestones.
  • Identify and escalate critical safety, quality, schedule, cost, operational, and interface risks; lead mitigation and recovery actions.
  • Review and endorse key project reports, dashboards, risk registers, schedule reports, and executive summaries.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • More than 15 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial projects, manufacturing facilities, cleanroom projects, data centres, or high-technology developments.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent construction work packages.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, contractor management, construction quality, EHS, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Professional engineering registration or recognised project-management certification is an advantage.

Preferred Background

Experience in live-facility works, retrofit projects, capacity upgrades, utility tie-ins, equipment-installation programmes, or controlled-environment construction is preferred.
