Job Responsibilities:
 

1. Lead & Sales Generation:
a) Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
b) Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business partnerships.
c) Responsible for selling training services (in-house training, public training and e-learning) to new and existing clients.
d) Attend to existing and potential clients’ enquiries and requests from incoming calls, emails and identify new prospects through targeted calls to generate sales revenue.
e) Achieve sales target, new client goals, and cold call goals set by N+1.
f) Accurately summarize customer needs, prepare training proposal, and get client agreement to price and training delivery.
g) Maintain and update information in Salesforce including client details, client information, sale pipeline update and sale activity.
h) Remain up to date of various ISO standards and be able to provide brief insights to clients.
 

2. Client & Stakeholders Relationship Management
a) Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate and present training services to clients.
b) Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
c) Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
d) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful training delivery.
e) Ad-hoc operational tasks assigned from time to time.
f) Provide regular updates to N+1 on progress and challenges.


Job Requirements:
 

1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Administration or any related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of related working experience
3. Candidates with relevant experience in sales or business development especially related to ISO standards, or training services would be an added advantage.
4. Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition.
7. Resourceful, independent and a team player who works well with all levels.
