JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Architecture, Occupational Safety & Health, or other relevant disciplines.
  2. At least 10+ years of experience in comparable industrial (FIDIC claims, EOT and determination support)
  3. Experience in industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, semiconductor plants, cleanroom facilities, data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, electronics manufacturing facilities, or other highly regulated industrial projects is highly preferred.
  4. Familiarity with project delivery involving warehouse conversion, brownfield developments, industrial facility upgrades, fit-out works, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
  5. Sound understanding of construction project lifecycle, including design development, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and close-out.
  6. Knowledge of Malaysian construction practices, local statutory requirements, building regulations, authority approval processes, and applicable industry standards.
  7. Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams comprising civil, structural, architectural (CSA), mechanical, electrical, process, commissioning, HSE, quality, and commercial functions.Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, equipment suppliers, and government authorities.
  8. Familiarity with international engineering and project management standards, including FIDIC contract principles, is an advantage.
  9. Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  10. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management and engineering software is an advantage.
  12. Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. 
  13. Willingness to be based at project site in Selangor and travel as required by the project.
  14. Possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and project delivery excellence.
  15. Candidates with previous experience on semiconductor, cleanroom, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facility projects will have a distinct advantage.
