JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer and intercompany invoices, AR netting activities, collections monitoring, reporting, and month-end closing activities.
2. Perform bank reconciliation activities and upload relevant financial data into the Xcert system.
3. Support Management by undertaking additional ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. A final year student of bachelor's degree/ diploma in business administration/ finance/ accounting or related field. 
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3. Good organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. November intake.
