JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide JDE functional expertise for JD Edwards E1 9.2 Software for Bureau Veritas group JDE users.
2. Work with the JDE Stream Lead and DxT Manager on JDE E1 enhancement, issue and change request. (Write JDE Functional and/or semi-technical design specifications)
3. Provide JDE month end closing process support during the financial closing each month.
4. Investigate, troubleshoot on JDE production sales and distribution/integration issues (queries, data analysis etc.) and work with the Business to fix the root cause.
5. Deep analysis of issues and escalation of technical issues on functional (projects people who validate technical evolutions) and maintenance teams.
6. Create/update documents for support activities with respect to business processes if needed.
7. Participate and contribute on the analysis, design and value addition activities in the system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess a bachelor's degree/ diploma in computer science/ information technology or any related discipline
2. At least 5 years of JD Edwards ERP experience
3. Good knowledge of JD Edwards Sales and Distribution module
4. Functional specifications writing for local changes and interfaces     
5. Good knowledge in SQL
6. Experience on business process
7. Experience with international user support
8. Analytical mind

10. Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
