JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be readily available for short-notice project assignments and accessible for communication at all times.
  • To receive and act on instructions from the reporting line manager (N+1) regarding project coordination.
  • To serve as the focal point for project communications among the Client, Project Team, Management, and Contractors.
  • To provide regular updates on project progress to the Client, Management, and Contractors.
  • To ensure the project team complies with all site requirements relating to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE), documentation, execution, and project deliverables.
  • To ensure that all necessary facilities and resources for the project team are provided according to the project plan and without shortage.
  • To ensure the project team understands the inspection requirements, processes, and timelines.
  • To ensure the project team performs all tasks in accordance with applicable specifications and procedures without deviating from established processes.
  • To ensure the safety of personnel, the project team, and the workplace before, during, and after inspection activities.
  • To ensure project deliverables are submitted in accordance with the agreed schedule and timeline.
  • To review inspection reports prior to submission to the Client.
  • To prepare and submit timesheets for Client approval.
  • To communicate promptly with the reporting manager and provide updates on the latest project progress and relevant information.
  • To ensure the project team completes assigned tasks within the approved schedule, scope, and budget established by Management.
  • To ensure all inspection tools and equipment provided by the Company are properly maintained and kept in good working condition before, during, and after use.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess a minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the NDT field across various industries/sectors.
  • Possess a valid NDT certification or have successfully obtained qualification in any NDT method.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.Hold a valid driving licence.Intermediate-level computer skills.
