JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance on a global scale, leveraging financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Support in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast cycles, consolidating divisional inputs and validating assumptions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

- Support in developing, maintaining and improve financial models.
- Assist in designing and execute allocation methodologies for direct and indirect costs.
- Prepare detailed variance analyses and explanatory commentary for monthly management packs and board presentations.
- Assist in collaboration with cross-functional partners (IT Operations, HR and other teams) to capture relevant data.

- Collaboratively working on automation of reporting processes and dashboards to enhance data visualization and improving work cycle time.
- IT Cost Allocation: Responsible for the process of allocating IT costs (infrastructure, software, services, overheads) to business units, departments, services or regions using established and optimized allocation methodologies. Ensure the chosen allocation drivers accurately reflect resource consumption for meaningful chargeback and profitability insights.

- Support in consolidating financial data and IT costs from various international/regional business units.
- Chargeback Processes: Maintain transparent chargeback models that recover IT costs from internal clients based on usage or service level agreements.
- Allocation Precision Post-Consolidation: Monitor for allocation accuracy and adjust underlying drivers/rules as needed to reflect changes in business structure or resource utilization, with the aim to minimize allocation errors and ensure that business units are charged fairly.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyse variances between allocated/billed and actual costs. Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards.
- Handle large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- MBA Finance or Professional certification strongly preferred: Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA UK) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA US).
- Demonstrates commitment to ethical standards, financial integrity and confidentiality while delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis to support sound business decisions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management accounting, with proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel (V Look up, X Lookup, Sum if, Sum Ifs, pivot tables, if nesting) and financial modelling, experience with ERP/EPM systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into clear, Data structuring, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and leverage automation to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
