1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any related studies.
2. At least 8 years of experience as training consultant/ coach for training provider/ certification body. An added advantage to candidates with experience in the oil and gas training provider.
3. Experience in sales and operation will be an added advantage.
4. Able to develop and implement training program, ensuring they meet industry standards and requirements.
5. Able to organize learning and development events.
6. High professionalism, excellent leadership and motivational skills.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
