Responsibilities:

1. To manage debtors and collect all outstanding payment of more than 30 days.
2. To indicate comments of debts above 90days on a weekly basis.
3. To ensure payment are made within specific time frame and resolve old outstanding issues with clients.
4. Ensure all monthly account statement send out by the 7th of each calendar month.
5. Liaise with clients via telephone/email on requesting for payment.
6. To clear unapplied cash and provide payment detail and ensure accounts department knock off those paid invoices.
7. To always maintain good rapport with customers.
8. Perform any other related duties that the higher authority may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Good communication and work as a team
3. Able to complete the tasks in time.
4. Able to work independently, organized and able to meet deadlines.
5. Must be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.
