  • Responsible for selling system certification and training services to new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of a clients’ current and future business needs and drivers; positioning how BV products and services can enable organisations to improve, and managing every step of the sales process to a successful conclusion of system certification and other services.
  • Attend to existing and potential customers’ enquiries and requests from incoming calls and emails, and identify new prospects through targeted calls to generate sales revenue
  • Manage potential through account and opportunity management to develop a solid pipeline, and effectively use price book and tools to propose main products and services
  • Remain up to date with developments in the standards industry (ISO) and be able to explain the standards development process to customers
  • Accurately summarize customer needs, identify BV products or services, and get customer agreement to price and delivery



  • Degree level or equivalent education or proven experience of sustained over achievement in a new business sales environment;
  • Preferably with knowledge of ISO standards
  • Sales or business development experience in any line of business.
  • Demonstrable self-sufficiency in sales activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in KPI driven environment
