Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken):
- To coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects involve.
- Assist Head of Department to Prepare budgets.
- Analyse risks and opportunities.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- To assign all Inspector on their daily task based on scope of work provided by client.
- To be focal person between Branches and Intercompany for daily operations of INY department
- To support BD department & T&P department on query by client & tender submission
- To support each of the Branches (Kemaman, Pasir Gudang, Lumut, Miri) on their day-to-day operations
- To make arrangement for client & inspector for offshore activity
- To keep track & records and documents control for all client documentation, Inspection deliverables & Inspector personal documentation.
- To be Key User for all internal software used by Department eg, Siebel, FLEX, and others.
- To communicate with internal BV on the inspection outside Malaysia
- To assist QHSE Manager, as QHSE Committee member within INY department to support on QHSE related matters such as PPE, contract of NE, yearly ISO 17020 audit by DSM & Internal Audit, quarterly QHSE meeting and etc
- To provide monthly forecast of revenue and cost, activity summary & MBR of major projects activities within Department and to present the input to Top Management
- To keep records on all inspector technical certificates and other relevant documents as per BV requirement
- To assist Technical Manager on Inspector competency matrix
- To assist INY Department on day-to-day operations
- To assist other related Project work as per instructions by Operations Manager
- To prepare billing instruction for invoicing.
- To coordinate with senior coordinator on the existing and on going project to avoid any conflict coordination.
Requirements:
1. Willing to work as coordinator
2. Good in writing and speak in English.
3. Possess a Bachelors in engineering
