Corrosion Engineer – Senior Level

Requirement:

• Have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Materials/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Have 10 to 15 years working experience as Corrosion and/or Asset Integrity Engineer in Refinery and Petrochemical Plant.
• In Depth Knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and control techniques
• Experience in using corrosion modelling and analysis software.
• Experience in dealing with high temperature corrosion and sour service corrosion.
• Have working experience in developing CMP and IOW for Refinery and Petrochemical Plant.
• Having API 571 and/or relevant NACE certificates.
• Able to demonstrate working knowledge of design, manufacture, metallurgy, welding, codes standard, risk assessments and legislation associated with the in-service inspection of plant and equipment.
• Have general knowledge of the NDT Method and Inspection techniques.

Corrosion Engineer – Mid Level

Requirement:

• Have Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Materials/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Have 3 to 4 years working experience as Corrosion and/or Asset Integrity Engineer in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Having working experience in developing CMP and IOW.
• Able to demonstrate working knowledge of design, manufacture, metallurgy, welding, codes standard, risk assessments and legislation associated with the in-service inspection of plant and equipment.
• Have general knowledge in Basic NDT Method and Inspection techniques.

Corrosion Engineer – Junior Level

Requirement:

• Have Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Materials/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3y of experience in Site Inspection & RBI Data Collection. Min work experience but familiar with CMP & RBI term are also welcome to apply
• Familiarity with corrosion mechanism will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with the design, manufacture, metallurgy, welding, codes standard, risk assessments and legislation associated with the in-service inspection of plant and equipment will be advantage.
