Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
   1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy transition sector.
   2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
   3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
   4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
   5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
       
2. Technical Expertise:
   1. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
   2. Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in renewable energy, particularly solar and battery storage.
   3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and engineering of renewable energy sector with a strong emphasis on solar energy especially Large-Scale Solar (LSS).
3. Demonstrated experience in any other energy transition applications i.e., battery energy storage, biomass, biogas, biofuel, EV charging, hydro or hydrogen will be added advantage.
4. Excellence communication and presentation skills.
