Job Responsibilities:

Departmental & Technical:

• Reporting to BU Manager for on-going analysis and review of business performance and expenditures.  Identify areas in which operational or process modifications could improve business performance.
• Responsible for the various projects undertaken by the department from project award to completion within the approved budget and time frame.
• Develop and improve operation & work procedures to drive efficiency and support overall strategic business goals.
• Implementation BV Corporate Management System & Policies within department operations.

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Establish and lead an Asset Integrity & Reliability team to achieve and/or exceed employee and customer satisfaction business and profit objectives.
• Establish, communicate, and ensure the implementation of strategies, plans and policies required for the efficient, cost-effective achievement of business objectives.
• Assess staff performance strengths and development needs.  Collaborate with individual in the creation of training plans to develop or maintain the skills necessary to meet position requirements, industry standards, and to evaluate an individual’s potential promotability.

Marketing & Proposal Development:

• Develop CTR and Manday identification supported by Technical Leads for a winning Proposal / Tender
• Support Business Development Team for Technical Presentation.
• Remain updated on trends and technology developments within the business industry and/or embarking into a new strategic market.

Project Management:

• Manage projects / Coordinate with Project Managers and Commercial Team to monitor the following:
  • Project Deliverables – acceptable quality with no customer complaint
  • Timeline - project delivery within required time frame
  • Commercial - Cost control for a healthy cashflow
  • Ensure operation is staffed at appropriate levels with qualified individuals capable of performing duties to deliver projects.
  • Lead liaison with clients, consultants and contractors/vendors as required during project implementation.
  • Initiate change as determined necessary to meet work efficiency, on time delivery, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or higher.
2. More than 15 years of experience in Asset Integrity & Reliability consultancy business/ operations.
3. Fluent in English in written and verbal communication.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
5. Others:
   a) Good communication and negotiation skills.
   b) A team player with strong work ethics and integrity.
   c) Strong knowledge in engineering especially in Assrt Integrity & Reliability in Oil & Gas and Energy market and willing to share knowledge and mentor team members.
   d) Work requires local and overseas travel and willingness to work at flexible schedule.
   e) Good motivator and interpersonal skills.
   f) Good leadership and management skills.
