Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage and update the customer database (Salesforce).
  • Process and track sales won interference in JMS & Siebel
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
  • Support the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
  • Any other job functions are assigned from time to time.
  • Follow-up on Recertification Enquiries (Business Development).

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
