Job Description

1. Clarifies and translate business requirement to functional planning and technical proposal as per requirement.
2. Work with business and end users to ensure compliance with standard practise and code
3. Propose execution planning in accordance with client needs.
4. Monitor and ensure all related method, procedure, project execution planning align with business and / or technical (Functional Specification)
5. Co-ordinate with operation and business team when presenting or during proposal issue.
6. Provide suggestion, solution, procedure and implementation support.
7. Collaborate with business and operation delivery teams in developing proposal scalable and flexibility solution including studying both the business impact, create solution to client, functional strategy and support delivery towards completion.
8. Understand business context of business requirement, assess if there are gaps and work with business unit to update requirement related.
9. Participate in meeting with client during presentation, kick off and project planning to provide clarity and guidance to the project delivery's success.
10. Analyse, assess impact, priorities and update solution align with QAQC
11. To be as Techno Functional Business Analyst ; extending to business solution to meet client's requirement.

6. Organizational skills
7. Knowledge in QAQC interpretation. Upstream, midstream, downstream
8. Experienced in hands for NDT, Technical Due Diligence, Asset Integrity, and monitoring program.
9. MS Excel, MS Project for planning and reporting
10. Responsible for preparing and provide solution and convert into technical proposal
