Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Technical Manager to arrange internal and external audit, impartiality meeting and other related certification meeting.
2. Liaise with internal and external party, e.g. other divisions, branches and accreditation body
3. Pre-check, compile and submit audit pack to SSC
4. Co-ordinate, follow-up of report status with SSC
5. Response to SSC
6. Monitoring of NCR status of clients
7. Monitoring report submission status of auditors
8. Pre-check, compile report for internal approval
9. Preparation of certificate printing information
10. Follow-up outstanding issues with clients
11. Updating suspension, withdrawal status of clients
12. Collect and compile auditor performance data
13. Maintain and update auditor competency records
14. Arrange and monitoring the competency monitoring status of auditors
15. Update data in Siebel
16. Arrange for DSM and other accreditation body witness audit and compile witness audit report
17. Response to accreditation body request and maintain the record of communication
18. Compile client satisfaction survey data and prepare survey data analysis.
19. Backup technical manager job if requested. 
20. Any other job assigned by Technical Manager from time to time

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma preferably in Science/ Engineering/ Manufacturing or any related studies
2. Must have knowledge in ISO certification process
3. Having experience in managing accreditation requirements of ISO management system is preferred
