Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or with relevant experiences.
2. Good administrative and organizational skills & proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Attention to detail and good time management.
Brief Description of Duties:
1. Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken):
a) Coordinating all incoming billing instruction for Bureau Veritas Lumut office for invoicing purposes. To be completed within 5 working days, if possible.
b) Responsible on issuing Purchase Order for NE claims & others (suppliers). Please check the rates & expenses and work related.
c) FTE claims / T&E to accounts dept before the closing date and also to enter inspectors time utilization in zig (Lumut Office).
d) Work closely with Credit Controller on collection debts to meet DSO target and issue "Reminder Letter" on weekly basis (Please check with Revathi before submission).
e) Filing the documentation eg invoices etc.
f) Mail / courier out invoices to client on time.
g) To cater on QHSE matter for Lumut Branch.
h) To adhere to BV Code of Ethic at all time.

a) To ensure to be able to carry out the work and responsibility.
b) To ensure work delivered on time with quality and to be more focused.
c) Form good working relationships with other colleague.
d) Able to resolve problems within own work scope.
e) Able to identify routine problem and to inform Operations Manager of any information related to administrative work and others
