NDT Inspector (Sarawak-Based)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) to determine potential defects
2. Use NDT equipment (e.g., handheld, eddy-current, ultrasonic)
3. Perform NDT calibrations
4. Perform NDT evaluation and inspection
5. Label and package parts
6. Understand inspection/test procedure to industry standards
7. Obtain and interpret inspection reports
8. Perform NDT testing (e.g., ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, fluorescent dye)
9. Perform NDT measurements (e.g., thickness, size, strength, density, etc.)
10. Traveling to clients' locations.
11. Completing test reports, and presenting findings.
12. Maintaining NTD equipment.
13. Comply to requirement of ISO 9001 and ISO 17020
14. Attend operation meeting when require.
15. Report incidents and hazard on MAIA application.

Job Requirements:

1. At least SPM or Diploma holder from recognized academic institution.
2. Able to work as a team with minimum supervision.
3. Have willingness to learn and gain new knowledge.
4. Relevant NDT certification in MT/PT/UT.
5. 3+ years' experience as an NDT technician.
6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building schematics.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Excellent report-writing skills.
9. Good communication skills.
