• Degree qualified in Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture or Certificate of Competency 1.
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience as Ship Project Manager (repair or new construction) / Technical Superintendent / Marine surveyor or equivalent; or seafaring experience as foreign going engineer.
• Possess a driving license
• PC Literate
• Able to travel at short notice and accept short to mid-term overseas assignments as required.

• Carry out surveys, draw up and send relevant reports to the Operational Manager, in compliance with the FM procedures.
• Assess the conditions necessary for carrying out surveys to the expected quality level, against own abilities, availability and the conditions onboard.
• Ensure the quality of services.
• Provide information and support necessary to CDs, NS operation managers, SSQMs, MOCs and MOs as concerns missions involving them.
• To assist ship owner/ship manager in day-to-day operation.
