Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for scientific services and client relationship management? Permulab Sdn Bhd, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited testing and calibration laboratory, is looking for an energetic Assistant Sales Manager to support our growing business development efforts.

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to promote laboratory testing and calibration services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on proposals.
  • Support key account management, client onboarding, and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with technical and quality teams to understand client needs and ensure accurate communication.
  • Contribute to market analysis and identify emerging trends in testing services.
  • Maintain CRM database and prepare periodic sales reports.


Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a laboratory or technical service industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
