Billing and Accounts Executive

We are looking for Billing and Accounts Executive to join one of our business unit who able to perform the following : 

1. Issue invoices to customers
2. Update customer files with issued invoices
3. Process credit memos
4. Update the customer master file with contact information
5. Follow up customer PO
6. Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
7. Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
8. Liaise with other department about invoicing matter
9. Self-motivate, Good morale and Team player
