Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the laboratory's front desk
- Receive and log incoming samples, ensuring proper documentation and handling procedures are being followed promptly
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with the laboratory's technical team to relay information and resolve customer issues
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or with experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
