Job Responsibilities:
 

  1. Download and check daily staff attendance records.
  2. Monitor staff punctuality and address any issues as necessary.
  3. Manage staff leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
  4. Oversee staff overtime and ensure compliance with company policies.
  5. Process and verify staff claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  6. Handle the submission and administration of staff insurance applications and cancellations.
  7. Manage the addition and deletion of staff fingerprints for attendance tracking purposes.
  8. Process staff payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Monitor staff advances for business purposes and ensure proper submission of expense claims.
  10. Prepare and submit quarterly attendance reports to head office using the designated system.
  11. Update staff information in the payroll system and SuccessFactors (Group System) as needed.
  12. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
  13. Advertise job vacancies and coordinate recruitment efforts as required.
  14. Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  15. Review customer letters and follow up on purchase orders when necessary.
  16. Transfer sales data from the billing system to the accounting system as needed.

 

Qualifications:
 

  1. Fresh graduate or one year of relevant experience in HR and/or finance.
  2. Strong background in finance with knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems is an advantage.
