Job Description:

  • To plan and carry out direct Sales & Marketing, business development of technical services. 
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales. 
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters and analysing campaign performance
  • Work to align marketing strategies with Sales goals and support lead generation and conversion efforts
  • Manage brand awareness and adopt and adopting global best practise on promotional items, company profile, brochure, flyers, and digital prints.
  • To convene and manage symposia, exhibitions, seminars and conferences in terms of Bureau Veritas Brand awareness and promotion of various business units. 
  • Manage all vendor Management Process for New clients and re-validation process for existing clients.
  • Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts by main market sector and services. 
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, email and personal visits. 
  • To keep abreast with new techniques, developments and legislation relevant to all industry. 
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff. 
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development skills. 
  • Manage and initiate cross selling efforts among Bureau Veritas colleagues, internal sales between various business lines 
  • To maintain confidentiality of all Bureau Veritas Group information.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager. 
  • Apply and respect safety, health and environment requirements in daily activities

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Marketing, Arts, Communications, Engineering or any relevant degree
  • 1 - 5 years’ experience in the field of business development or sales and/or Bids / tender experience.
  • Good Knowledge in Document Formatting 
  • Basic knowledge of Graphics Design and marketing tools
  •  Common Competencies:
  • Can-do positive attitude towards work
  • Able to deliver work using MS Suites Applications, ERP Tools etc.             
  •  Communication Skills and Organizational skills A Team player and easy to get along with. 

 

KPI

  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet annual sales objectives and targets for the organization.
  • Write and submit weekly reports based on sales and other business development occurrences. 
  • Keep abreast of our service portfolio and specific needs from the Sales and Marketing team. 

Always ensure full compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
