Purpose of Position
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Major Responsibilities
- Hotel booking.
- Flight booking business/annual leave.
- Creation of P.Os.
- Submission of related invoices.
- Preparing of monthly flight Report.
- Other related tasks.
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma Degree.
- 1 Year of Experience
Skills & Qualities:
- English language (written and spoken)
- Microsoft office experience
