MARINE & OFFSHORE MANAGER - SAUDI ARABIA

Our Marine & Offshore organization is looking for a Marine & Offshore Manager for Saudi Arabia & Bahrain. The position is located within our Al Khobar, Dammam office.

Responsibilities:

• Drive profit & loss accountability and achieve the financial objectives for M&O activities in Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.
• Identify strategic business activities and drive growth.
• Drive operational excellence, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure best allocation of resources, management, and development of team.
• Ensure and follow up the preparation of the marketing plan with the implementation.
• Maintain and establish a strong relationship with relevant business contacts.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars for local clients in liaison with operational management KSA and M&O MER management.
• Ensure regular and effective communication with M&O Regional Chief Executive, Middle East Region.
• Ensure compliance with Group and Business Line guidelines and procedures including requirements of HSSE and People, Culture & CSR and Budget & finance management.

Competencies:

• Degree qualified in Marine Engineering or equivalent, master’s degree in business administration is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role in marine & offshore industry OR senior management experience in a class company.
• Familiar with International, National, and Classification Society Rules and regulations that apply or are proposed for application to Marine and Offshore environments.
• Possess knowledge and practical experience in contracting, negotiating and change management.
• Ability to identify, initiate, analyze, and develop proposals and solutions to a wide range of M&O Technical and Operational issues.
• Good communication, networking and influencing skills.
• Ability to build high performing teams, setting strategy and direction.
• Self-Motivated with proven team leadership and HR, Finance, HSSE management capabilities.
